Amazing customer service and wonderful employees! Each person we spoke to throughout the process for our gutter cleaning service was extremely kind, friendly and understanding. The level of communication in general was not only excellent … More but very much appreciated as well, with thorough and considerate answers to all of our questions, quick responses and providing continuous updates. Due to weather conditions and regular busyness of the winter season, we had to manage rescheduling a couple times (understandably) but they handled this to the best of their ability and maintained their commitment to helping us ASAP. Additionally, the follow-up contact (email & phone call) that we received same-day, promptly after the job had just been completed, was extra helpful, honest and only further exceeded our expectations with the whole experience.
