Making sure the leaves would not eventually make it into my gutters. Overall the team is very professional and very responsive. The bagged and removed the debris. I didn’t even notice they were here. They are also extremely careful about climbing around roofs during days of high wind and rain, which I appreciated. He showed me videos and visuals of my gutters and the work he did. He advised me on a separate issue I brought to his attention, even though I told him we had hired another company to resolve it.
