Called Gutter Ethics who were able to quickly put me on the emergency schedule, and had a technician promptly come to the house to inspect and perform some immediate triage, since more storms are expected. Technicians came, immediately assessed the potential problem, and provided a quick solution. The problem was that there was no caulking around 2 windows that allowed water to seep behind the brick and into the interior walls. Also, while out on this emergency call, the techs assessed that several gutters were blocked and did their magic to get them functioning normally again.
The staff at Gutter Ethics are very professional and knowledgeable about the industry and are very courteous and honest. Neither did the office or techs attempted to upsell anything or try to charge me for more than necessary. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing, gutter, siding, or window work.
