Most asphalt roofs are good for about 20 to 25 years, and a lot of families are living under one that is past it, patching leaks and hoping it holds through one more storm. A roof is the one repair you cannot put off forever.
Over 1,100 five star reviews came from these neighborhoods, and this is how we give some of that back. No catch, no financing pitch, no sales visit dressed up as a giveaway. If a home is picked, we replace the roof and go.
We get on the roof
We inspect and photograph the whole roof, decking, flashing and ventilation included. You see the same evidence we do, picked or not.
We replace it
Full tear off down to the wood, rotten spots fixed, new underlayment and shingles, usually in a single day, with photos of the whole job.

Free roof questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No charge for the tear off, the materials or the labor, and no obligation to buy anything else from us. If we pick the home, we replace the roof and leave.
Who can be nominated?
Any owner occupied home in our Northern Virginia or Fredericksburg service area. Nominate yourself, a parent, a neighbor or a family you know who is living under a roof that is past its life. We read every one.
How do you choose?
Need first. Active leaks, a roof well past its 20 to 25 year life, and families who genuinely cannot get to it move to the front. We will tell you straight if a home is not picked this round.
Will you push financing or an insurance claim on me?
No. If the roof turns out to be storm damage that insurance should cover, we will tell you, because that is the honest answer. The free roof does not depend on anything else.
What if my home is not picked?
You still get the free inspection, the photo record, and a straight answer on whether the roof is a repair or a replacement. Plenty of our visits end with us saying the roof is fine.
