You'll be out in the field every day, going into people's homes, running inspections, doing the work, and taking care of homeowners. Monday through Friday, you manage your own schedule.

Operations Manager
You'll keep the whole operation moving: crews, schedules, jobs on track, clients taken care of, nothing slipping through the cracks. You run the day to day with the owner, owning the schedule, keeping every job moving, making sure the customer side never gets dropped.
