Roof Replacement in Annandale, VA

What you get

Every roof replacement in Annandale covers the same ground, and you see photos of all of it.

• Full tear off and inspectionEvery existing layer comes off and the decking gets checked board by board. Soft or rotted sections are replaced before anything new goes down, and you see photos of them first.
• Quality underlayment and flashingSynthetic underlayment across the field, a full roll of ice and water shield at the eave and in every valley, and new flashing at every wall and penetration in metal matched to your gutters.
• Ridge venting and starter strip done rightWe cut the ridge slot fully open, then cap it with shingle over ridge vent matched to the field. Starter strip goes down at every eave and rake, because the roof edge is where wind starts lifting shingles.
• Manufacturer backed warrantiesWe install to the nail zone, nail count, and starter spec the warranty actually requires, and as a ShingleMaster contractor we can register the longer CertainTeed system coverage on your roof.
• Thorough cleanup and magnet sweepLandscaping gets covered during tear off, and a magnetic sweep covers the yard and driveway twice before we leave. You should not be finding roofing nails in the grass next spring.
